Bleg: how's that propaganda comin'?

The U.S. State Department publishes "Hi" Magazine on dead tree and online over in the Middle East in an effort to compete with the spittle-dripping Islamofascist rags that pump out venom at our expense. I'm curious if anybody knows how well it's doing. Do young Arabs read it? Is there a translation available somewhere online?
